Terms, Conditions and Exclusions:

1. To avail of the promotion, the customer must subscribe/must be an existing subscriber of the following channels:

• Instagram: NFS PH
• Viber: Nike Factory Store PH - NFS PH
• Mailing List: NFS PH

2. The promo is available at Nike Factory Store Drive and Dine (Valenzuela), The Outlets at Pueblo Verde (Cebu), NLEX Pampanga, SLEX Mamplasan, and Paseo Outlets (Laguna).

3. The promo is only applicable on ALL Nike apparel.

4. The price that will be followed is the Suggested Retail Price (SRP). Get the second item for free when you pay for the higher priced item.

Example 1:
Item 1 SRP: ₱1,595.00
Item 2 SRP: ₱1,395.00
Total: ₱1,595.00

Example 2:
Item 1 SRP: ₱1,895.00
Item 2 SRP: ₱2,195.00
Total: ₱2,195.00

5. The promo cannot be applied in conjunction with the any other promo running during the same period.

6. The promo runs from May 22, 2023 to May 28, 2023.

7. Nike Factory Store/Maguire Group of Companies reserves the right to add, delete and/or modify these terms and conditions, at any time, at its sole discretion.

8. In case of any dispute, Nike Factory Store/Maguire Group of Companies reserves the right of final decision.
