Terms, Conditions and Exclusions:

1. To avail of the promotion, the customer must subscribe/must be an existing subscriber in the Nike Factory Store PH Mailing List prior to purchase. The link to subscribe is nfs.ph/mailing_list/sign_up.

2. The additional discount is only applicable on items discounted at 30% off or below.

3. The additional discount will be applied on the current net discounted price.

4. The customer gets an additional 15% discount when purchasing two (2) items, or an additional 20% discount when purchasing three (3) items.

Example 1:
Item 1: ₱1,000.00 ₱900.00 (10% OFF)
Item 2: ₱2,000.00 ₱1,600.00 (20% OFF)
Total: ₱3,000.00 ₱2,500.00 ₱1,600.00 (+15% OFF)

Example 2:
Item 1: ₱1,000.00 ₱900.00 (10% OFF)
Item 2: ₱2,000.00 ₱1,600.00 (20% OFF)
Item 3: ₱3,000.00 ₱2,100.00 (30% OFF)
Total: ₱6,000.00 ₱4,600.00 ₱3,680.00 (+20% OFF)

5. When availing of the promotion, the maximum amount of items per transaction is three (3). If the number of items exceeds the limit, the excess items will be counted towards the next transaction/s.

6. This promo is not valid in conjunction with other existing promos.

7. The promo is not applicable at the Nike Factory Store (nfs.ph) online shop.

8. The promo is valid from October 24, 2020 to November 8, 2020 only.

9. In case of any dispute, decision should be final with the concurrence with DTI.
